CRM is used to view information about member’s transactions. FSP is used for making transactions on the account and looking up more in depth information. This software is downloaded on your desktop.
DocuSign is used for sending items that need to be signed electronically. This can be used for members and staff. DocuSign is downloaded on your desktop and can be used in your browser.
Image Center is used for looking at deposited checks, cleared on-us checks, cashier’s checks and statements. This software is downloaded on your desktop.
MOX is used for online banking. It gives you the ability to look at their history, unlock the account, secure message them and see what they see through online banking. Click MOX to access the website.
ActiveView is used for looking up statements, teller vouchers, keeps account documents and FSP reports. To access ActiveView you need to copy the website in the browser and unblock the site. The website for ActiveView is https://25234.avcm.esvccenter.com/.
Harland Clarke is a website used for ordering checks for members. If a member is wants to order checks, Red Crown has to order the first batch. After the first batch, members can order them through online banking.
8×8 is our phone system and it comes with an app for the desktop. With the app, you have the ability to answer, end and transfer calls. For internal communication, you can schedule conference calls and use a direct messaging system. This is our main source of communication.

Red Crown History
Red Crown received its charter in 1938. The original ten subscribers applied for an association charter to serve “All employees of Stanolind Oil & Gas Company in the general office, laboratory and warehouse residing in Tulsa and their immediate families.”
Red Crown was run out of a shoe box in an employee’s desk during the lunch hour. Members were originally limited to a maximum of $500 on deposit.
Red Crown has grown to serve over 24,000 members worldwide with more than $200 million in assets. Within the years we have expanded our areas to Creek, Mayes, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers and Wagoner.
Southtown: This branch is located at 5001 E. 91st ST, Tulsa. Southtown is our main branch. This location has a lobby and drive through.
Midtown: This branch location is located at 5321 E. 41st ST, Tulsa. The midtown branch is located in a strip mall. This branch only has a lobby.
Broken Arrow: This branch is located at 3101 W. Kenosha ST, Broken Arrow. This location is our call center and it does not have a lobby. We do have a drive through that members can access.
Mayes County: This branch is located at 19 N. Rowe ST, Pryor. This location has a drive through and lobby.
Claremore: This branch is located at 113 W. Blue Starr Dr, Claremore. This location has a drive through and lobby.
